The primary duty of the Senior Balancing Technician is to take the leading role on Testing, Adjusting and Balancing air and hydronic systems for institutional facilities. Will take direction from Project Engineer or Project Manager. Will be involved in recruitment and training of other balancing technicians. Plan and conduct work according to standard techniques and procedures. Work closely with the engineers in the development of project specific approaches to problems. Schedule and supervise technicians on projects of varying size and complexity. May work with client or contractor representatives.
