HDR is currently looking for a Senior Structural CAD Technician for our Miami Lakes, FL location. This individual will create designs independently under broad direction from Project Engineer or Project Manager. The Senior Structural CAD Technician will be producing or directing the CAD production for Transportation Structures, including bridges, walls, miscellaneous structures, etc. This position requires extensive knowledge of Microstation, CAD, design development, construction documents, technical and engineering knowledge.



Keyword(s):

Structural CAD Manager, structural, Microstation, AutoCAD, drafting, design, codes, standards, engineering. Associates in Engineering technology / CAD preferred.

10+ years structural design experience.

Expert in AutoCAD, Microstation, Geopak, Inroads, and other CAD design software required.

Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office.

Knowledgeable with standard structural codes and standards.

Ability to be a lead technician and work closely with Jr.

Cad Staff Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
