Manager of Columbus Surgery Center

40 hrs/wk; 5 days/wk. The Manager supports daily operations of the Columbus Surgery Center, including registration, preadmissions, operating rooms, same-day surgery, and sterile processing. Responsibilities include assisting with budgeting, staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. The role promotes and maintains quality patient care through effective management and supervision. Oversees the technical aspects of procedures, personnel training, equipment maintenance, quality control, and overall operations to ensure efficient patient care delivery while functioning as a subject matter expert in endoscopy and eye procedures and practices. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN required. Current Nebraska RN license. Current BLS and ACLS certification. Specialty certifications (e.g., CNOR) preferred. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in perioperative care and at least 1 year in a leadership role. Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
