Position: Critical Care Float Pool RN Radius Rule: Must live outside 50-mile radius Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week Shifts: 12-hour variable (day and night rotation) Float Requirements: Float between Critical Care, Cardiac ICU, IMC, and possibly lower acuity units based on census/need On Call: None Weekend/Holiday: 2 out of 4 weekends + every other holiday required
